By installing, accessing, using or interacting with any game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement, including the License Terms (defined below).

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE THAT REQUIRES, EXCEPT AS AND TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THAT YOU ARBITRATE ANY CLAIMS YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST GLOWFORTUNE.COM ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS MEANS THAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE AND WILL WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE YOUR CLAIMS HEARD BY A JUDGE OR A JURY AND YOU MAY NOT ACT IN A COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You hereby (i) acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Agreement, (ii) accept and agree to all obligations, rules and scoring systems for each Game in which you participate, and (iii) represent and warrant that you are authorised and able to accept this Agreement. GlowFortune.com may also issue additional terms, rules and conditions for participation in specific games (“Additional Rules”), which are expressly incorporated into the Agreement by reference. You agree to be bound by the Additional Rules by installing, accessing, using or interacting with any Game after the Additional Rules are posted in or through the Games.

GlowFortune.com reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without notice. If GlowFortune.com makes changes to this Agreement, GlowFortune.com will update the “Last Modified” date, and such changes will be effective when posted. If GlowFortune.com makes material changes to this Agreement, we will notify you by posting a notice in a conspicuous place in or through the applicable Game or, at our discretion, by sending a notice to your email addresses present in our archives. Your continued use of the Games after such changes constitutes acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the changes, your sole remedy is to stop accessing and using the Games.

LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your ability to access and use the Games is subject to the license terms of this Agreement. By installing, accessing, using or playing any Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the license terms and restrictions described herein (“License Terms”). If you do not understand or do not agree to the License Terms, you must not use or participate in any of the Games.
